Transfer of data outside the EU
Personal data will be transferred to non-EU countries, specifically to the United Kingdom. This transfer is based on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on June 28, 2021, for the United Kingdom pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR.
Data retention period
The data collected will be retained for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of providing the data in the dedicated form. Data for the purposes of Advertising, Marketing, Determining user satisfaction levels, and Informing customers about new services/products will be processed and retained until the data subject's deletion and/or cancellation by the Controller, to be carried out by sending a specific request to the email address info@thefiancee.com. In the event of possible withdrawal, disabling due to non-use within a certain time frame, the retention period for personal data for exclusive administrative purposes (not including profiling or marketing) will not exceed three months (subject to any specific legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting documentation). In such cases, the Data Controller has implemented suitable mechanisms for the automatic deletion of data, even by third parties to whom they may have been communicated.
Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR against the data controller, namely the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and revocation.
